My mission with Written by Ridgway is to help you unlock your funding potential with federal grant writing assistance that will tell a powerful story to potential funders. I have successfully written grants for projects from HRSA, CDC, and private funders.
My Story
Written by Ridgway is the culmination of 30 years in public health and nonprofit work where I have written federal grant proposals, numerous reports and budgets, and managed grants while working with federal project officers to implement work plans. I am passionate about fundraising through grants and dedicated to making a positive impact.
Using my years of experience with healthcare and public health, I am refocusing my career to offer grant research and writing expertise to non-profit organizations. I want to work WITH your staff to find the best match for potential funding and successful project development and implementation. I love community-focused projects driven by local folks!
My Experience
My public health and nutrition leadership experience includes engaging all sectors of the community to build healthy public policy, creating supportive environments, strengthening community action, and securing and managing public funding for projects.
Having served in board positions and leadership roles with several non-profit organizations, I have experience with developing and revising policies, procedures, and by-laws, as well as coordinating staff and community assessments, training and facilitating planning sessions.
My expertise also includes communication with both professionals and communities through websites, reports, newsletters, and social media. I have presented at local, state, and national levels for 30 years.
